Eilat

Is Israel's southernmost city, a busy port and popular resort located at the northern tip of the Red Sea, on the Gulf of Aqaba.  Like numerous other localities, Eilat is mentioned in the Bible both in singular (possibly construct state) and plural form (Eilot).

Wailing Wall, Jerusalem

Located in the Old City of Jerusalem, the Wailing Wall is a remnant  of the ancient wall that surrounded the Jewish Temple's courtyard, and is one of the most sacred sites in Judaism. It's been a site for Jewish prayer and pilgrimage for centuries, the earliest source mentioning Jewish attachment to the site dates back to the 4th century.

Old City, Jerusalem

The Old City is a 0,9 square km walled area within the modern city of Jerusalem. It is home to several sites of  key religious importance: the Temple Mount and its Western Walls for Jews, The Church of the Holy Sepulcher for Christians and The Dome of the Rock and al-Aqsa Mosque for Muslims.

 Was one of a series of structures which were historically located on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem, the current site of the Dome of the Rock. Historically, these successive temples stood at this location and functioned as the centre of ancient Israelite and later Jewish worship.

Overlooking Jerusalem, Mount Scopus has been strategically important as a base from which to attack the city since antiquity. A Roman Legion camped there in 66 AD. Again in 70 AD Mount Scopus was used as a base to carry out a siege of the city by the 12th, 15th and 5th Legions (the 10th legion's position being on the Mount of Olives). The Crusaders used it as a base in 1099.

Nazareth

Is known as the "Arab capital of Israel", the population being made up predominantly of Arab citizens of Israel, the majority of whom are Muslims. In the New Testament, the city is described as the childhood home of Jesus and is thus a center of Christian pilgrimage.

Arad

As the second-largest city in Israel in terms of jurisdiction, Arad contains a number of large public places and facilities, such as the ruins of Tel Arad, the Arad Park, an airfield serving domestic flights, and Israel's first legal race circuit. It is also well known for its annual music festival, which was one of the most popular annual music events in the country until 1995.

Tel-Aviv is the second most populous city in Israel. It was founded in 1909 by the Jewish community of Jaffa.  In 1950, Tel-Aviv and Jaffa were merged into a single municipality, two years after the establishment of the State of Israel.

Jerusalem is a holy city to the three major Abrahamic religions— Judaism, Christianity and Islam. During its long history, Jerusalem has been destroyed twice, besieged 23 times, attacked 52 times, and captured and recaptured 44 times. The oldest part of the city was settled in the 4th millennium BCE, making Jerusalem one of the oldest cities in the world.

The Shrine of the Báb, Haifa

Is a structure in Haifa, Israel where the remains of the Báb, founder of Bábism and forerunner of Bahá'u'lláh in the Bahá'í Faith, have been buried; it is considered to be the second holiest place on Earth for Bahá'ís, after the Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh in Acre. Its precise location on Mount Carmel was designated by Bahá'u'lláh himself to his eldest son, `Abdu'l-Bahá, in 1891.
